IS THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR MORE THAN ONE PASSENGER?
Our lowest flat rate prices cover from one to four passengers. There is an additional charge of $5 for the 5th or 6th passengers each.
WHEN I BOOK MY RESERVATION TO BE PICKUP AT THE AIRPORT WHERE WOULD I WAIT FOR MY DRIVER?
It’s very important that we have you mobile cell number on the ONLINE reservation form or if you call you will be ask a number of questions from your name, mobile phone number, flight information and destination for our driver to contact you and give you instructions on where to be pickup at the airport.
WHAT IF MY AIRPORT ARRIVAL FLIGHT IS DELAY OR CHANGE?
We track your flight when is landing at Honolulu Internatinal Airport, and driver will move in to the pickup area to communicate with you, that’s why it is very important that we must have your flight information and mobile contact number.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
As soon as you booked you flight or minimum 48 hours in advance to secure your reservation, and you will receive a text or email with your booking confirmation, if you have booked online.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
All our independent drivers have the ability to accept all major credit cards or cash, and your gratuity can be added to your credit card as well for your convenience, but there is 5% extra charge for the use of credit cards.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR A GREETER MEET YOU AT THE AIRPORT?
Yes, there is an additional $30 charge for Domestic or International Greeter holding sign with your name and meeting you at baggage claim or international arrivals if requested!
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OVERSIZE ITEMS?
No additional cost for your regular luggage and carry-on bags, except for surfboards, bicycles and over-sized luggage or boxes, there is a $ 5 charge per item.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRIVATE (NON-SHARED) SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Yes! If you booked with us, we will not share your private shuttle service, this means that you will go directly to your destination without stopping at other locations.
