RESTRICTIONS:
Our minivans can take 1 – 4 passengers for the same lowest flat rate price, keep in mind that if you have a lot of luggage, we recommend maximum of 4 passengers, our prices are very reasonable and you can order a second minivan for the same lowest flat rate price.
CANCELLATION:
A 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for the fairness of our drivers.
DELAYS:
We strongly recommend that you book your reservation as soon as you get your airlines tickets and home pickup with plenty time in case of traffic, accidents, road work and other factors can sometimes delay our trips to or from your destination.
GRATUITY:
Our drivers work hard to accommodate your pickup schedules, a cash tip (gratuity) is a welcome way to say Mahalo (Thank you) to our staff.
